Short DescriptionThe Manager, Hospital Medicine Division, will assist in overseeing the DHM Administrative Support Staff at our Inspira locations, for the offices where Hospital Medicine provides physician coverage. The position stationed out of Mullica Hill office, will participate in the day-to-day operations with an area of focus on our Inspira partner sites to include physician coverage, onboarding/credentialing; administrative staff recruitment/retention/engagement/mentoring and performance. Position requires travel between Inspira offices, Vineland, Mullica Hill and Mannington.
Assist Senior Practice Manager in day-to-day operations at our Inspira satellite partner offices.
Serve as administrative support for the sites in Hospital Medicine: Cooper, Virtua, Inspira, Holy Redeemer, and Cape Regional.
Participate in the recruitment/orientation/mentoring of administrative staff:
Champion the process of understanding each health system’s processes, systems, and unique EMR software.Educate staff, reinforce DHM established best practices and ensure that they are properly on-boarded with each location.Take the lead in patient satisfaction initiatives to assist in incorporating best practices and procedures amongst staff.
Work in tandem with physician leadership as part of the physician recruitment / credentialing / onboarding process.
Ensure adequate physician coverage to ensure patient safety.
Work with Senior Manager Practice to oversee Faculty appointments and promotions.
Assist with Fellowship Program
Support other Departmental functions such as Divisional Meetings, Medical Director Meetings
Maintain positive working relationships with the offsite Cooper Hospital Medicine leadership and the contracted site leadership.
Travel between the Inspira offices-Vineland, Mullica Hill and Mannington. Home office is Mullica Hill.
Experience Required3-5 Years of experience
Experience with word, excel, power point and outlook required. Supervisory experience in medical office environment, handling multiple physician schedules and office operations strongly preferred.
Education RequirementsHigh School Degree/associate degree
