Our Digital Practice team is looking for a Manager with a background in digital solutions and consulting. The Manager will have the opportunity to work onsite/hybrid from any of our office locations or remotely from within the United States. 

 

As a Manager in the Digital Practice, you will: 

 

Lead digital transformation projects and initiatives  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions  Implement best practices in digital strategy, design, and execution  Administer project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications  Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development  Develop and present reports, proposals, and recommendations  Ensure alignment of digital projects with firm and client strategic priorities 

 

What you bring to the role: 

 

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills  Competencies: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability  Education/Experience/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) preferred; minimum 5 years of experience in digital consulting or a related field

Cherry Bekaert cares about our people. We offer competitive compensation packages based on performance that recognize the value our people bring to our clients and our Firm. The salary range for this position is $90,900 to $205,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
