Find whole-person care, dedicated teams and staff, and a wide variety of medical services, all at our hospital in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. **The role you’ll contribute:** The Manager of Early Learning is responsible for management of educational programs and assisting the Assistant Director with the operations of the center **The value you’ll bring to the team:** · Provide direct supervision and evaluation of specified team members who are responsible for ensuring that the program provides optimal services to children and their families · Collaborate with Assistant Director to coordinate all programs, policies and procedures. · Create staff communication plan to ensure all team members are aware of departmental initiatives and policies. · Foster staff development through positive communication of expectations, feedback, coaching, evaluation, and opportunities for attending educational offerings which facilitate a healing and caring environment for patients and their families. · Ensure team members have received required trainings as determined by KDHE and AdventHealth.
