Job Description
Coordinates ECMO/Advanced Technologies program operation, including planning, implementing, monitoring, and improving quality of services, overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining fiscal accountability.Experience
2 years of experience as a clinical ECMO specialist in a neonatal, cardiac, and/or pediatric care settingPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeMaster's degree2 years of experience in management/administration in a healthcare settingExperience as an ECMO coordinatorEducation
Graduation from accredited academic clinical program and Bachelor of Science in nursing or bachelor's degreeCertification Summary
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact, or Georgia licensed Respiratory Care Professional and/or Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP)Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employmentPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta ECMO specialistKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be able to successfully pass the Basic Windows Skill Assessment at 80% or higher rating within 30 days of employmentJob Responsibilities
