Job Description Summary
The Manager of EHS Systems & Standards provides global oversight for Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems and standards. This role involves developing and promoting Lamb Weston’s strategy and direction in alignment with company initiatives. The manager will lead the development and ongoing support of the EHS management system and the information management system (IMS), serving as the subject matter expert and system administrator. The position will also focus on program and process alignment, communication, and standardization across all Lamb Weston sites through the development of standardized tools, processes, and coaching.

People Development Responsibilities:
Provide professional coaching and mentoring.Ensure alignment and standardization with global corporate systems and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to promote the adoption of EHS tools, systems, and standards.Program Responsibilities:
Oversee and support the development and rollout of global EHS systems and standards.Support the development of EHS training content in collaboration with EHS Pillar Teams and the continuous skills development team.Serve as a member of the Global EHS Pillar team.Lead the development and implementation of Lamb Weston EHS performance metrics reporting and trendingSupport the EHS audit process, including maintaining audit protocols, alignment, scheduling, resourcing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences
• Master’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in the field of management systems in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred)
• Expert knowledge of Program capability and its impact on the food industry
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with implementing EHS management systems
• Experience both at the corporate and facility levels is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
Physical Demands:
• Ability to work in office environments, manufacturing operations, and environmental control systems.
• Ability to represent Lamb Weston on EHS matters to outside stakeholders.
• The position will require the ability to travel as needed to fulfill responsibilities. Annual travel may range up to 30%.

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $110,610.00 - $165,920.00
