**It's more than a career, it's a calling.** WI-SSM Health West Beltline **Worker Type:** Regular **Job Highlights:** **Department:** Employee Health **Schedule:** Full time; Monday through Friday **Location:** SSM Health Wisconsin Regional Office 1808 West Beltline Highway Madison, WI 53713 **Job Summary:** Manages employee health and wellness activities, workflow and staffing resources within designated regional ministry markets. **Job Responsibilities and Requirements:** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + Provides regulatory and accreditation requirements to and collaborates with ministry governance committees as needed. + Responsible for record keeping and reporting processes on system platforms utilized to store employee health records. + Provides leadership and direction for development and implementation of Employee Health initiatives, as well as policies and procedures. + Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. + Provides assistance to Workers Compensation regarding accommodated duty, restricted duty, disability leave, return to work and associate safety. + Designs and implements training programs to ensure employee safety in the office. + Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION + Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field EXPERIENCE + Five years' experience in a clinical environment, with three years' in leadership PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS + Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. + Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. + Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. + Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. + Frequent keyboard use/data entry. + Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. + Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. + Rare climbing.
