**Expected Contributions** ▪ Develop, support, and manage inbound and outbound integrations for MVW ERP systems, including PeopleSoft, BirchStreet, Blackline, and others as necessary. ▪ Create, maintain, and optimize feeders, allocations, and journal entry automation processes for the PeopleSoft General Ledger. ▪ Build and manage data pipelines, data flows, and Spark notebooks within EBS Fabric workspaces. ▪ Collaborate with IT to address cloud, networking, and infrastructure needs for implementing complex integrations. ▪ Work closely with business users to understand operational complexities, facilitate efficient information exchange, and ensure process improvements. ▪ Utilize Microsoft data tools, including Fabric, SQL Server, and Azure Data Studio, to develop effective solutions. ▪ Document and maintain Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) requirements and design specifications. ▪ Support the development and implementation of the integration development lifecycle strategy. ▪ Assist with strategy and implementation of workspace setup, deployment pipelines and GIT repositories. ▪ Build an in-depth understanding of MVW business processes and their interactions with applications. ▪ Assists in special projects as required. ▪ Performs other duties as assigned. **Candidate Profile Education:** ▪ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent experience. **Experience:** ▪ Minimum 5 years of progressive and relevant experience in data integration and system development. ▪ Proven track record of leading projects in complex, fast-paced, and service-intensive environments ▪ Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric integrations ▪ Demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and develop holistic solutions **Skills and Attributes** : ▪ Strong inquisitive and learning traits ▪ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills ▪ Agile and adaptable in a constantly changing environment **Technical Skills:** ▪ Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server (PL/SQL) ▪ Experience in Data Lake and Delta table management ▪ Experience in Microsoft Fabric ▪ Familiar with advanced database concepts and performance tuning ▪ Experience in Data Pipelines, Data Flows and Notebooks ▪ Experience in Spark and Pandas Dataframes ▪ Power BI Semantic Modeling experience preferred ▪ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications experience preferred Marriott Vacations Worldwide is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
