Are you a seasoned leader passionate about driving impactful change and strategic initiatives? Foley is seeking a Manager - Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to oversee, develop, and lead enterprise-wide portfolio management activities. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing complex projects, and has a talent for inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results.
What You'll Do:Provide leadership and oversight of enterprise portfolio management, including processes, governance, and tools for planning, monitoring, and executing projects.Serve as Project Manager for high-impact initiatives, while managing enterprise projects and process improvement efforts.Train and lead project teams to evaluate, execute, and implement projects that drive measurable business results.Align portfolio priorities with executive leadership to support Foley’s corporate strategy and goals.Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and tools to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results.Monitor scope, cost, schedule, staffing, communication, and vendor deliverables to mitigate risks and achieve success.Track and report key metrics to executive leadership, delivering data-driven insights for decision-making.Oversee vendor selection and contract negotiation for projects requiring external support.Directly execute complex or sensitive projects critical to the company’s success.
Our Ideal Candidate:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years of project management experience leading multiple complex projects.3+ years of experience building or transforming an EPMO, including implementing processes and procedures.1+ year of salaried technical supervisory experience.Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, as well as Six Sigma practices.Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, and the capacity to navigate ambiguity with sound judgment.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively to all levels of the organization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company-specific systems.Valid driver’s license with occasional travel requirements.
