**Expected salary range of $142,200 to $158,000** , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**
The Manager Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is responsible for coordinating and supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management program at Constellation. This role requires cross functional interaction regarding all key elements of risk management, such as risk identification and emerging risks, risk assessments and appetite discussions, risk response dialogues, and coordination of reporting materials to appropriate audience levels as applicable.
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Develop, implement, and update enterprise risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to deliver on our annual and long-term plan.
+ Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks that may impact the organization's objectives. This includes working proactively with business units/partners to proactively identify risk areas, conducting risks assessments to evaluate the potential impact of identified risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop risk responses in alignment with risk appetite.
+ Monitor and report on emerging risks, risk exposures, and trends to senior management, and support materials for reporting to risk committees, and board as appropriate. It may involve aggregating risk data, developing risk metrics and/or KRIs.
+ Leverage and/or support the implementation and maintenance of risk management tools and systems.
+ Facilitate risk management training and awareness programs to promote a risk-aware culture across the organization, and or provide guidance to business units on consistent risk management concepts, practices, and procedures.
+ Lead special projects and initiatives related to risk management and/or integrations with other second or third line functions.
+ Stay up to date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and changes in the risk management landscape to support the continuous improvement of the ERM program and processes.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
+ +8 years of experience in risk management, risk assessments or related fields.
+ A deep understanding and knowledge of risk management methodologies, frameworks, regulatory requirements, and activities within the risk management lifecycle.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess risks.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and manage interactions with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to stay organized and produce a high-quality work product, build best-in-class risk programs and processes from scratch, or iterate on legacy programs, in an independent and timely manner.
+ Ability to draw connections and distill complex issues into solvable and actionable tasks.
+ Adaptability, and exceptional ability to frequently triage and re-prioritize work based on a rapidly evolving business and execute independently or work with team members or business partners.
+ Self-motivated to engage with business partners and obtain buy-in on various projects & initiatives.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Familiarity with database systems, workflow tools, system implementations, and data collection – Service Now IRM preferred.
+ Knowledge of department/business specific processes and procedures is a plus
+ Ability to move from details to big picture seamlessly.
+ Sound understanding of business operations and/or the energy industry.
+ Prior experience in ERM and Professional certifications are a plus.
