Develop and deploy Environment Management SystemPrepare application for new/Renewal of CTO, EC, HW Authorizations and NOCs, CGWA NOC. Submit to CPCB through online/ manual mode. Follow up for timely approval. Conduct Air and ground water quality monitoring at planned locations as per statutory approvals (CPCB, Forest department) using AAQMS, AWLR, Digital water meter. Identify any deviations & gaps in environmental compliances follow up with concerned departments and close observations/gaps and also update on Gensuite software.Conduct ground water monitoring by using digital Water meter at ground water extraction points and take actions for any deviations Implement & comply Environmental compliances at site which given in EC, CTEs CTOs, CGWA NOC and ensure timely Submission of all statutory Reports to Concern Authorities and update the same on LagatrixCoordinate/communicate with RO& HO CECB, MoEF, CGWA to fulfill the environment compliances and send the reports/MISPrepare and submit monthly , quarterly,  Half Yearly EC, FC  Compliance reports & annual CGWA compliance reportsConduct weekly safety inspection in  mine area , coal washery area, Loading & unloading area and CHP 1 & 2 area including DG sets. Find out the safety observations/Gaps  update in  safety gensuite software. Co-ordinate with different dept. for site Inspection visit by MoEF & CC,  CECB & CGWA authorities in Plant & mine area and close the findings & observationsFollow up with various departments, internal staff & senior management for Environment projectsImplement all environmental rules, Regulations & amendments applicable in Coal mine & washeryEnsure timely maintenance and calibration of company owned environment monitoring equipmentConduct Internal Environment audit for the identified department/site on quarterly basis, prepare a report and take corrective actions in the Gap areas.Maintain Environmental expenditure as per approved Budget PlanDevelop a monthly MIS with respect to environment and submit to Site Head and HOSubmit monthly compliances in Legatrix B.Tech/ M.Tech / M.Sc. in Environment or Chemical engineering.5-10 years of experience in environmental management within the mining industry.Demonstrated track record of ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and driving sustainability initiatives.Proven experience in leading and managing environmental teams.
