Manager - Facilities and Workplace Solutions
**Summary of Responsibilities:** Energize your career at ATC! We’re looking for a Manager-Facilities and Workplace solutions to plan, design, deliver and maintain a workplace that supports ATC’s strategic business initiatives, allows employees to effectively perform their work, embodies the values and culture of ATC, and is environmentally healthy. **Essential Responsibilities:** In this role, you’ll use your Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and 5+ years of experience managing facilities services to develop and implement facility utilization plans aligned to our overall business strategy. With a strong customer focused approach you will regularly solicit feedback or suggestions to prioritize actions and build our workplace plan for four locations across Wisconsin and the upper peninsula of Michigan. You’ll lead a great team that is responsible for both the day to day facilities-related requests and longer term facility needs. By developing and maintaining strong partnerships and communication with internal and external stakeholders you will execute and proactively identify opportunities to address organizational needs within our spaces.
