Responsible for the day to day management and operation of the Home Office Campus including the preventative maintenance programs, mail room and copy center functions, space planning and management of the respective personnel.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilityManages relationships with local vendors and contractorsParticipates in expense and capital budget planning & management processReview price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projectsDevelops and maintains positive relationships with client groupResponds to problems in a tactful and expedient mannerAttends client meetings for facilities mattersOversees the scheduling, maintenance, and monitoring of all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water, electric and other systems to ensure efficient operationInspects facility and generates inspection reportsPrepared capital project budgets and operating budget reportsWorks closely with security services department to help oversee site security and life safety programsProvides interior design services including furniture selection and procurementManages a work unit, responsible for identifying needs, tracking performance, coaching and motivating direct reportsResponsible for staffing, compensation and performance evaluationMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering or a related discipline. Seven years related experience in lieu of degree.Experience:
Five (5) years’ experience involving facilities managementKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documentsAbility to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, or managementProven influential leadership skills and solid understanding of change management techniquesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; training and presentation experience preferredStrong organizational skills and work ethicDemonstrated project management skills leading large scale projectsStrategic ability to plan for future development in line with strategic business objectivesPostal Code: 70121Category (Portal Searching): LogisticsJob Location: US-LA - Jefferson
