Job Responsibilities • Handling complete accounting and reporting of Organization for India and US entities • Planning, Designing implementing Systems and Financial Procedures to achieve cost control financial discipline, including Maintenance, Finalization Audit of Accounts, Costing, Budgeting, Working capital management, Commercial Functions/Laws /Fiscal matters and building Internal Financial Controls. • Managing Compliance matters and driving automations, process improvements in Finance Function across the organization and ensuring service standards for business excellence. • Funds Management both at Corporate and Company Level • Develop, implement and review of financial and administrative controls in order to attain accurate and complete financial controls.
