If you meet the qualifications below, apply now! **About the Opportunity** Our Client is a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, focused on delivering innovative solutions to our patients and partners. We are seeking a skilled **Rebate and GTN Analyst** to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in optimizing our rebate processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to prevent revenue leakage. If you’re detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** **:** **Brand GTN Management** **:** + Optimize rebate processes to ensure accurate and timely payments to Managed Care PBM and Part B Pharmacies. + Analyze and monitor rebate data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies. + Support Formulary position analysis and collaborate with health plans to assist in analyst validations and impact analysis. + Maintain and update NCPDP and Part B Rosters, ensuring accuracy and compliance. + Negotiate effectively with external parties, including Part B agencies, to resolve rebate and contractual obligations or disputes. + Maintain up-to-date rebate agreements with managed care partners. + Support cross-functional teams in preventing rebate leakage. **Rebate Management (Gx)** **:** + Maintain the Rebate Vendor Master in collaboration with the Indirect Procurement team. + Coordinate with GPO/Buying Group account management teams on rebate sales reports, highlighting issues such as variances, contract language discrepancies, and reporting line challenges. + Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve rebate-related issues or inquiries. + Assist with the processing of claims to ensure accuracy, minimize revenue leakage, and expedite rebate payments. **Accounting & Financial Controls** **:** + Prepare and reconcile rebate accruals and utilization schedules. + Support quarterly and annual KPMG audits. + Provide front-office support after FSSC shift closure, handling contract pricing and SAP SD transaction support (SAP V05 and VFX3 errors). **Special Projects and Analytics** **:** + Assist in GTN element analysis for Brand and Gx, including Price Protection, Shelf Stock, Audit Claims, and Customer Audit Support. + Collaborate with SAP IT and other IT data analytics teams to improve processes and enhance dashboard reporting. **Internal & Management Reporting** **:** + Provide regular updates on monthly and quarterly management accounting and finance reports. + Support ad-hoc requests and perform data analysis as required. **Wholesaler Inventory Monitoring (852)** **:** + Prepare and analyze channel inventory data and review with the commercial team to minimize the risk of slow-moving and expired inventory returns. **Qualifications** **:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. + Proven experience in rebate management, GTN (Gross to Net), or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. + Experience with Formulary position analysis and Managed Care processes. + **Preferred** : Experience with Vistex SAP contract pricing and rebate maintenance. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends. + Solid understanding of accounting principles, rebate agreements, and financial reporting. + Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. + High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. **Pay Details:** $48.08 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
