This is how you could make an impact

As Manager leading people, you will manage a global team of Business Controllers working with Volvo Group Digital & IT. You will have a key role enabling efficient business control for the D&IT functions.  You will drive and safeguard finance business model evolution together with the Workforce cross functional controlling

As manager you will manage performance including competence and career development activities for a teams around 8 professionals located around the world. You operate in a global context, having several interfaces within Volvo Group Digital & IT Finance, but also in the Volvo Group.

This is your Key responsibilities : 

You will drive the Pricing process and SCOS securing efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement.  You will drive invoice/allocation process method to secure IT cost transparency in the group You will secure tax efficiency in our invoicing process With your team you will drive local controlling process. You will, together with your peers, secure the Business Control function delivers effective and efficient finance support in a lean, consistent, and standardized way across organization.  

 

You report to Head of Business Transformation within the Digital & IT Finance team and will be part of the management team. Taking an active role in the Business Transformation team, which means that you will have a unique opportunity to be part of shaping the Finance function for the future and the Volvo Group Digital transformation.

You are a self-starter with a creative mindset and believe in strong collaboration with various stakeholders being the foundation for success.  

This role requires you to have a high level of energy, good at building relationships and a positive customer and business-minded focus.
