Website: https://www.aon.com/apac/india/default.jsp Job Dimensions (role and responsibilities): S/he will be responsible for working with the team on aspects of finance & accounts, book-closure, remitting money, managing receivables, regulatory & financial reporting & compliances, taxes and returns. • Assist in periodic finalization/ book closure, General accounting activities in F&A and support for MIS/reporting activities. • Process reinsurance remittances, banking, accounting. • Invoicing and collections reconciliations, payments identifications and clearing up unidentified receipts. Monitor regular bank reconciliation. • Review invoicing and ensure invoices are shared with insurer on timely basis. • GST returns filling, TDS computation/reconciliation. • Support Internal, IFC & Statutory Audit. Providing various data requirements for respective audits. • Assist in other regulatory requirements return filings from IRDAI authorities. • Assist in performing merger activities with ARB and other compliances. • Coordination with other departments, banks and work closely with internal finance team on requirements. • Work on data preparation and fulfil reporting requirement as desired by management. • Presents ideas, expectation, and information in a concise, well-organized way. The ideal candidate should have: • Work Experience: 2-6 years in F&A; preferably from Insurance Industry or regulated financial service organizations. • MBA Finance/ PGDBA or any equivalent professional qualification. • The candidate is expected to utilise interpersonal and communication skills to lead. • Individual contributor, pro-active, enthusiastic, teamplayer. • Ability to interact with stakeholders (internal and external) is essential. • Knowledge of working on different system is a must. 2551466 The Company Overview Aon plc (NYSE: AON) is a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions.
