Description:us VPs, PMs, Chief Engineers, and other functional organizations., They will coordinate priorities with various VPs, PMs, Chief Engineers, and other functional organizations.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Liaison with program area Managers, Directors, and LOB VPs. Responsible for information flow down to team as well as up to management.
Program team lead responsible for mentoring and coaching other Financial Analysts and team leads including yearly performance/review responsibility for each team member. Maintain appropriate division of responsibilities between team members.
Developing and tracking budgets, manpower forecasting, and Earned Value computation for a variety of funding sources.
Support the Coordination of Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and prepare accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership.
Coordinate with Programs and FPA in support of Sales forecast driven by headcount to include reconciliation of LRP and Work Force Planning Headcount.
Must have ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Program team leadership skills
Experience with multiple colors of money (Direct, NBAE, Overhead, etc.)
EVMS (Earned Value Management System)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, and presentation skills
Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
Interest in Technical details as position supports Engineering & Technology.
Microsoft office suite skills with emphasis on Excel pivot tables, Word, Powerpoint
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of E&T Finance business rhythms, including manpower forecasting and management.
Bachelors degree in Finance or Business Administration.
Supported E&T from a business aspect. Experience managing subordinates. Practiced Leadership skills in an L-coded position.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
