These teams provide the financial fuel that keeps our operation running from providing detailed analyses of financial planning, performance, and forecasts to managing our investments and financial strategies. Key Responsibilities:This role leads an analyst responsible for delivering strategic analysis on construction project bid proposals, improve efficiency in project cost analysis, and enhance reporting of key industry trends. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of construction cost management and the ability to provide accurate analyses on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) across various projects/programs.
Provides financial and statistical analysis, support, and reporting to leadershipGenerates routine reporting as well as specific ad hoc analysisParticipates and contributes to meetings involving key finance issuesDirectly responsible for development and delivery of financial analyses, and provision of accurate financial performance data to all partners, supporting and informing senior leaders in monthly financial performanceLeads team in process and execution of developing Financial framework to enable participation and development of recommendations for individual construction projects/programs contractsComplete ad-hoc requests across all product lines, maintain data models and long-term financial projectionsLead a team of 1-2 direct reports, ensure workload distribution, identify process improvement opportunities across team - including automation, training, etcUnited values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply. QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or another related fieldMinimum 3 years of analytical work experience demonstrating increasing responsibility; airline or travel industry experienceAbility to work cross-functionally and navigate organizational interdependenciesAbility to identify data trends and turn data into informationAbility to create and deliver presentations and effectively communicate to senior leadershipAbility to generate creative solutions to difficult or ambiguous problemsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):MBA or master’s degree in finance/economics/quantitative field highly preferred Hyperion planning experience preferred2-4 years FP&A experience, construction management, or Strategic ProcurementInitiating action, building partnerships, cross-functional teamwork, finding solutions, planning and organizing, self-starter, strong inter-personal skillsBasic knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract terms, contingent labor, and/or labor servicesKnowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concepts and strategic Procurement processKnowledge of construction market dynamics and cost driversThe base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
