**Mission**
The primary function of this role will be to drive and actively participate in technology solution projects (primarily based on SAP) promoted by the Finance area or other departments of the company that directly or indirectly affect Finance processes and reporting
This position is located within the Finance area and acts as a link between the various areas of the company and the IT department. The mission is to ensure compliance with the Finance requirements as well as the usefulness and reliability of the financial information.
The role is global, therefore it involves collaboration with the company’s multifunctional teams worldwide. The successful candidate will need to work mainly with finance stakeholders, both at business units and global level, to align their needs with the top Management and IT strategy.
**What your responsibilities will be**
+ Actively participate in the IT projects, promoted by the Finance area or other departments of the company, ensuring the compliance with the current Financial Policies, procedures, models, and self-warding the usefulness and reliability of the financial information
+ Manage business demand and support the Finance community in their technology needs
+ Collaborate and partner with IT daily to align on the solutions and strategies to solve business needs.
+ Promote standardization of processes and best practices across all group companies
+ Facilitate the understanding of models and procedures within the organization through training, communication, and timely support
+ Update and develop related documentation in the company's Financial Manual
+ Perform master data maintenance according to established models
+ Propose and lead new ideas and initiatives

+ Bachelor's or a higher degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering or related fields.
+ Comprehensive understanding of main business processes (finance, procurement, manufacturing, sales, etc) and their connection with Finance and Controlling.
+ Experience in SAP as a functional expert or key user in core finance modules: FI, AM, CO, PCA.
+ Experience in SAP as a functional expert or key user in finance integración of sales and logistics moduls: MM, SD.
+ Experience and knowledge in other modules such as CO-PC, CO-PS will also be valued.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation projects or as an advanced SAP user in the areas of Finance or Controlling.
+ Strong leadership skills across multiple functions, self-motivation, team player, critical thinking and the ability to influence others.
+ High degree of adaptability, creative decision-making, and technical problem-solving skills.
+ Focus on performance, quality, and innovation
+ English proficiency: Advanced level.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication in a clear and concise manner, in a multicultural and multinational environment
