Department: Flight Services Position: Manager Flight Services Location: LHE - Airport Number Of Openings: 1 Description: The Incumbent will be responsible to manage and supervise the cabin operations activities.

Requirements:
- Experience in the field of cabin crew administration is preferred
- Experience as Cabin Crew which shall include at least two years in a lead position
- Prior experience in Flight Safety, Service and administration
- Background knowledge on cabin crew operational environment and standards related to service and safety operational.
- Sound knowledge and understanding on Safety Management Systems (SMS), safety audit, safety & security regulatory compliance.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong Managerial skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
  Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Masters Degree Work Experience in Similar Position: 6-9 years Required Skills: - Proven Leadership qualities in aviation industry.
- Experience in the field of cabin crew administration.
- Flown as LCC, DCCC, GIC, Preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Ability to travel
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with significant experience in creating & delivering written proposals & public presentations
