Responsibilities and their work profile at EY –
o Run end to end engagements / projects to configure clients on cloud platform
o Work with varied delivery teams to execute projects on time, on budget and with desired quality
o Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
o Contribute to pre-sales, sales activities – proposals, go to market collaterals
o Mentor the team on ground to scale up and deliver to full potential
Ideally you’ll also have
Strong inter-personal skills, report writing skills and good acumen of client business are essential. Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative. Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client) Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them effectively to clients. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences. Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored technology solutions to address their challenges. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our technology solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review. Willingness to travel as needed Travelling % involved. – 40 to 60%
