What you will be doing
Division and Corporate liaison for Store Level Fresh Replenishment Tools Responsible for the optimum functionality of Company’s Fresh Forecasting Tools & Applications VisionPro Production Planning (Company’s Fresh Department Production Tool) Afresh (Fresh Department Replenishment & Ordering Solution) PEI Period End Fresh Inventory Application continual improvement Responsible to determine forecast and replenishment accuracy Collaborate with 3rd- party vendor partners as needed Troubleshoot reported issues and orchestrate solutions Engage Backstage Stakeholders as needed to support solutions when issues arise Prioritize enterprise-wide resolution efforts as needed Provide effective communication as needed to all stakeholders Development of future versions/enhancements of Store Fresh Applications to enhance Store-User experience Conduct training for Divisions as neededThe position will be based in Boise, ID.

Continuous Improvement (CI):
Foster a positive and results-driven work environment Modernize tools and processes as needed to ensure optimal results Train, guide, and develop team membersData Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Present findings and actionable recommendations to management and stakeholders regularly Engage Divisions as needed to advocate for change-management when course-corrections are requiredCollaborative Partnerships:
Collaborate closely with Divisions to ensure all fresh applications are meeting expectations Collaborate closely with other Departments/Stakeholders Build out OBMs (One Best Methods) for company-wide learning/training Build metric reporting that drives Division results Hold Division Knowledge-Transfer sessions as needed Work closely with the Implementation team once POCs/Development is ready for wide deploymentA copy of the full job description can be made available to you.
