**Required Education/Experience** + Master's Degree and 2 years of full-time related work experience or + Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of full-time related work experience. **Relevant Work Experience** + 3 years work experience in developing and monitoring budgets, programs and goals. Required + Experience of Con Edisons General Accounting systems, Oracle, BI, and units or work philosophy. Required + Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience. Preferred + Solid background knowledge of the Company's Gas Distribution System with experience in Engineering, Contract Administration, Major Construction Programs and mitigation of their impact on affected areas.
