Are you a seasoned Treasury professional ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and innovative environment? ASML is seeking a hands-on Manager for our Global Treasury Front Office. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring liquidity across the ASML group, minimizing financial risks, and providing integrated Treasury advice on complex transactions and projects. You will also mentor and coach junior Treasury staff and manage a team of three, including an intern.Treasury is a part of Expert Advisory team which includes the expertise areas of treasury, tax, legal and accounting where these disciplines are closely working together to support the business with integrated expertise and advice.

Role and responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain worldwide investment, cash, and financial risk management policies and control frameworksOversee day-to-day cash and investment management, ensuring liquidity throughout the ASML groupManage FX and interest rate risk to limit the impact of financial market movements on financial performanceLead and mentor a team, setting KPIs and monitoring performanceMaintain relationships with external partners, including banks, brokers, and asset managersProvide integrated Treasury advice on large-scale Finance projects and strategic business initiativesContribute to defining the Treasury project portfolio and allocate resources accordinglyDevelop and oversee best-in-class Treasury technology landscapeBusiness Process Owner for Treasury processes

Education and experienceAt least 10 years of hands-on experience in TreasuryRT, ACT, or other acknowledged Treasury certifications preferredIn-depth understanding of Treasury and Treasury technological solutionsExtensive knowledge of treasury laws and regulations applicable for ASMLDemonstratable knowledge of interest rate and FX hedging, revaluations and hedge accountingExperience with different investment products, such as deposits, repos, MMF etcUnderstanding of relevant accounting, legal, and tax aspects
