Otis Elevator Company currently has a newly created leadership opening within Green Bay, WI. In this role you will be accountable for all areas of the Installation, Service & Modernization businesses, including P&L, sales & operations, customer satisfaction, as well as being an inspiring leader for the branch. 

What does a typical day look like?

Leading every day regarding our absolutes: Safety, Ethics & QualityMotivating, mentoring and developing a team of office and field-based employeesDriving financial performance and managing Profit & LossImproving efficiencies within all areas, including route optimization and effective allocation of resourcesCollaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to create and execute the sales strategy to increase profitability and market shareBuilding our customer portfolio, creating successful, long-lasting relationshipsDriving transformation initiatives in line with the Operating Unit roadmap
