The purpose of this job is the overall management of Home Health Services. Responsibilities include human resources, fiscal, regulatory and clinical management of all areas which includes nursing, case management, social services, OT, PT, ST, as well as office staff, clinial educator and scheduler.

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(*Essential Functions)

Assures compliance with regulatory agencies such as State, CMS and JC.Assures quality services and patient satisfaction at all times.Collaorates with Director in setting up meeting or exceeding budget expectations.Completes performance evaluations in a timely and fair manner.Orients, monitors, develops staff as well as assures appropriate allocation of staff to provide quality services.Sets up, collects and analyzes data for performance improvement in collaboration with the Director. Qualifications

JOB SPECIFICATIONS(Minimum Requirements)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

RN or PT, OT, ST License.Extensive knowledge of Home Health regulations and documentation requirements.Demonstrates excellence in written and oral communication skills.Demonstrates excellence in interpersonal relationships.Demonstrates ability to work independentely as well as in a team environment.Demonstrates ability to problem solving.Demonstartes ability to take initiative.Displays professional behavior and a positive attitude at all times.Shows respect and compassion at all times.


EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing OR in Rehabilitation Services Required

 

EXPERIENCE

4 years of Home Healthcare experience is Preferred

2 years of patient care experience is Required

1 year of supervisory/administrator experience is Required

 

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE

Certified Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation

Licensed Registered Nurse, or Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
