The Manager HR plays a critical role as Business Partnering in aligning the HR strategy with the business objectives of the organization. This position serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and provides strategic HR guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

You bring:
Min. 8 years in a HR generalist role with at least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition and business partneringA bachelor degree in Business, HR or relevant disciplines Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and other HR-related software.Strong business acumen and ability to provide solutions and value creationAbility to manage priorities and to deliver results within short deadlines; good planning and organization skills.
