Make a Difference
The HR Service Center Manager oversees day-to-day leadership and operations of a team that provides first-line HR support to current and former Community Health Network caregivers. This job plays a crucial role in implementing an efficient HR Service Center structure that drives results, simplicity and adaptability. As a member of the Total Rewards team, the HR Service Center Manager reports to the Executive Director of HR Operations.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be adept at service center operations, service delivery quality and compliance, team management, process improvement and agent training; ensuring accurate HR service delivery while fostering stakeholder engagement and excellence in customer service. 

Additional requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education 1 (one) or more years of experience establishing or implementing a shared service center, including designing processes, setting up operations, and managing transition (preferred) 2 (two) or more years of experience leading others (at the Supervisor level or above) 5 (five) or more years of experience working within a professional Shared Service Center Ability to build, motivate, and lead a high performing team Foster positive team dynamics, encourage accountability, and actively listen to team members Ability to communicate effectively (oral, written, listening, public speaking, dashboards/presentations) Develop and maintain well-documented procedures aligned with HR Service and Operational level agreements Ensure accurate and timely resolution of caregiver inquiries and HR transactions Collaborate seamlessly with other HR teams to deliver exceptional HR services Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of HR data maintained within the HR Service Center Ability to analyze data involving many variables and convert to actionable information Drive high standards for the Network, team, and self-accomplishments Ability to think critically and independently resolve problems Ability to use knowledge of or gain knowledge of best practices, processes, laws, regulations, tools, and software within the subject matter area of this position
