A domain expertise of Employee Engagement, Employee relations, Exit Management, Retention Management, Performance Management, HR Operations, etc preferably with an IT/ITES firm. A self-driven self-motivated personality who should have an ability to coordinate with delivery Heads, peer groups and vendors on need basis. Candidates should have a strong inclination to take on additional responsibilities and ensure delivery with high level of commitment. To ensure the people-perspective is represented in business decisions so implications are understood and the workforce is proactively managed. Performs day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives. Interact with senior management on a regular basis.
Job Responsibilities• Responsible for handling entire gamut of HR activities (excluding recruitment) in the capacity of HR Business Partner (aligned with one Business Unit) or HR Operations (organization level) • Working closely with BU manager to plan, implement and provide continuous update on business for effective performance management and productivity • Review and track business unit data to identify trends in employee performance and turn over. • Grievance handling, PIP and Skip Level meeting • Attendance and Leave management. • Employee Engagement and RR • Strengthens and delivers gamut of HR activities that encompasses employee life cycle including New Joiners Induction, Employee Confirmation, Employee Engagement Events, Celebrating achievements and RR, Employee Grievances, Performance Management, Retention. • Attrition analysis and implementation of Early Warning System
Education Bachelor of Business Administration in Hr ManagementWork Experience- Ideal experience range is 6-10 years of relevant experience,
- Preference would be given to candidates having direct/on-rolls employment experience with IT/ITES or Analytics space based companies
