Manager - Human Resources Operations (HRO)

We are inviting applications for the role of Manager – Human Resources Operations

In this role, you will be a part of the core sourcing team and drive different channels for timely delivery. Need to understand every requirement from business as it comes in and drive sourcing in the right direction

Responsibilities

Global HR support across Sales, Marketing, and Growth Operations

End to end contractor management

Act as first level HR support for India based teams

Hiring and integration support:

Taleo template creation Helpmate ticket creation for new Taleo creation

Onboarding support for all teams, including:

Informing LD team about new joiners and including them in respective new waves of training programs

Org announcement structure and update

Distribution List creation and maintenance on a weekly basis

Arranging SFDC and PowerBI access

Engagement and communications support:

Support LD team on HR related communications and tracking

Support Communications team on HR engagement support including but not restricted to townhalls, Amber, Genome and similar updates

Enforce HR processes and provides end user support 

Adapt, modify, and update administrative methodologies, practices and procedures 

Communication to and education of employees regarding global HR policies, processes, and systems 

Support HR managers, Line managers and employees with regards to HR admin activities 

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

Education or experience relevant to functional area of Human Resources 

Preferred qualifications

High learning agility and the courage to put forward a point of view – even when data is scarce – and setup iterative loops to learn and finetune as we go forward 

Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work with data to generate insights 

Strong Excel/technical skills to understand, read and comprehend data 

Good communication skills visible in writing and conversations  

Self-starter who needs minimal management oversight to perform day to day responsibilities
