About This Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Implementation Manager to lead our innovative eCommerce Product Implementation team. In this role, you'll guide a small team, including one dedicated analyst, to drive impactful results and optimize performance. You will oversee the end-to-end implementation, merchandising, and website configuration that enhance our eCommerce sites. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our product and service offerings, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery while driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders across product, marketing, and account management teams, taking ownership of high-level eCommerce deliverables. Your leadership will guide the development of innovative processes and drive strategic growth. Responsibilities Lead the complete end-to-end implementation of our eCommerce platform, encompassing catalog management, product listings, landing pages, blog posts, promotions, white-label website integrations, and additional features. Manage products and website merchandising for major clients such as Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Albertsons, and Walmart. Oversee and manage the implementation request queue, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery. Lead the development and maintenance of impactful content pages. Ensure rigorous quality assurance reviews are conducted pre- and post-launch to uphold excellence. Manage the configuration and launch of White Label eCommerce websites. Lead troubleshooting efforts to diagnose, define, and resolve platform issues. Oversee the enrichment of a shared knowledge library of best practices for the platform. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards. Manage multiple eCommerce applications, driving continuous improvement and process efficiencies. Qualifications Experienced in curating landing pages, content pages, homepages, navigation, and user interfaces to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Proven track record of enhancing site experience through effective site merchandising, seamless new product onboarding, and close collaboration with product and marketing teams to develop engaging onsite content. Experience leading day-to-day website upkeep, online merchandising, UX, and supporting (and executing) overarching eCommerce campaigns. Demonstrated expertise in managing the end-to-end product setup process while playing a key role in optimizing site experience by configuring and testing merchandising sorting rules, conducting regular site audits, and resolving bugs to ensure a seamless customer experience. Experienced in curating landing pages, content pages, homepages, navigation, and user interfaces to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Be proactive, always looking for ways to improve the customer web journey and drive sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing relationships with key stakeholders. Robust technical knowledge of eCommerce platforms, including Magento, HTML, and CSS. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes. Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
