Job Description

Design, implement, and oversee marketing & campaign campaigns journey using Marketo and CRM systems. Create automated workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing to drive client retention and acquisition in the insurance sector.

Ensure optimal CRM integration with marketing automation tools, maintaining data integrity and synchronization. Lead CRM development initiatives to improve functionality, user experience, and reporting capabilities.

Act as the business representative for CRM and campaign management, aligning strategic priorities with client-centric solutions. Develop and implement the CRM roadmap to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the Client & Marketing team to develop, execute, and measure marketing campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve business outcomes and client satisfaction.

Continuously research and incorporate the latest digital marketing trends and CRM technologies into strategies to enhance the digital client experience and maintain a competitive edge in the insurance market.

Specialized Knowledge

Expert knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, especially Marketo

In-depth understanding of campaign management, lead scoring, and nurturing processes

Proficiency in data analytics and interpretation for marketing insights

Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies in the insurance industry

Understanding of insurance products and client needs in the Hong Kong market

Expertise in project management methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CRM management and digital marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry

Proven track record of managing Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms

Certifications in Marketo, CRM systems, or digital marketing are highly desirable
