Key Responsibilities:
Patch Management Process Assessment & OptimizationEvaluate existing IT and Patch Management processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Develop strategies to reduce cycle time, improve product quality, and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for patching and reporting.
Process Governance & ComplianceLead a team and effectively communicate project status and deliverables.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as cycle time and efficiency to develop improvement strategies.
Develop, execute, and document protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory and IT operational standards.
Ensure that all processes adhere to IT Operations and regulatory compliance requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder CollaborationMentor junior engineers and team members on process improvements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve process-related issues.
Collaborate with various teams to optimize patch management workflows without directly performing patching tasks.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Strong understanding of patch management processes and best practices.
Experience with industry-standard patching tools (e.g., Tenable, WSUS, SCCM, Ivanti, BigFix, Tanium, etc.).
Expertise in ITIL-based change management and ITSM frameworks.
Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and other regulatory requirements related to patching.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
