JR66117 Manager IBP Operations

As a Manager within the IBP team, you will be responsible to coordinate with stakeholders in Sales, BU, Operations and Finance to create and drive execution of Micron’s 3-year Business Plan. This position will be directly driving alignment toward the company’s financial, market and operations strategy which is recognized by all organizations.

 

This role will be primarily responsible for guiding and managing the S&OP (Supply planning team) within IBP. You will be responsible for KPIs pertaining to Micron’s monthly and quarterly business planning process. This role requires someone with a good executive presence, strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Expertise in planning systems and prior experience in digital transformation initiatives and planning systems enablement (implementing and improving system solutions) will be of key priority.

Some of the other areas of responsibilities and help leading the team:

Publish 3-year manufacturing plan, sellable supply, and inventory plansPartner with Global Operations and Strategic Supply Planning to develop factory network and loading strategiesCollaborate with Global Operations to analyze and publish updates to manufacturing boundary conditions and their impacts to Micron's revenue planBuild, solve, and communicate impacts of various what-if scenarios for executive approvalCollaborate with Finance to analyze consolidated revenue, margin, and capex impacts of plan changesDrive improvement to process effectiveness and efficiency metricsIdentify process inefficiencies/conflicts, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement efforts to address the gapsServe as the single point of contact for final publication of the constrained consensus forecastLead or participate in reviews of the Sales & Operations planUnderstand the interaction of Supply Chain technology solutions associated applications used within Micron (i.e. LPI, SPO/CTM, Rapid Response, CALM, Tableau, Hana, APO-DP, etc) and collaborate with partners in Supply Chain and IT drive technology improvements. Prior exposure to Kinaxis Planning system desirable.Partner with solutions and master data teams to develop and implement system and process control methods (audits, training, metrics, reference material, etc.)
