Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in infrastructure focus on designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. They enable the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centres to optimise performance and minimise downtime.

In infrastructure engineering at PwC, you will focus on designing and implementing robust and scalable technology infrastructure solutions for clients. Your work will involve network architecture, server management, and cloud computing experience.

IT Infra & Core Services :
This is the backbone of the operations, where you will be challenged to play with the latest technology platform on IT infrastructure and its security.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or higher degrees in Computer Science or other disciplines with sufficient technical experience and expertise.Minimun 4 year experience in the relevant area of expertise.Minimum GPA of 2.85 out of 4.00General familiarity with various system architecture and network technologies.Familiar with installing and troubleshooting network equipment and appliances.Familiar with the utilization of the network performance monitoring system.Familiar with Internet and Intranet networking systems and protocols.Familiar with user account management and enterprise deployment is a definite advantage.Working experience in installing and configuring remote access systems is an added advantage.Working experience in designing and implementing network security systems is a plus.Good communication skills, both in English and BahasaGood interpersonal skills, strong attention to service quality with customer oriented attitude

Specific Qualification:

As IT Infra & Core Services manager, you should have the following qualification

Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance principleExpertise in designing endpoint, server, and hybrid solutions, including compute, network, storage, monitoring, and security.Knowledge of cloud and on-premise infrastructure.Capability to design and provide routine reporting and analysis to ensure compliance with KPIs, and monitor for non-compliance with operational standards.Capability to detect process inefficiencies and provide improvement suggestions and collaborate on solutions to reduce workloads.Capability to design strategies for data safeguarding, classification, privacy, and regulatory compliance.Capability to evaluate and implement security controls for data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.Knowledge of advanced networking, account management, identity management, virtualization, business continuity, and disaster recovery.Understanding of IT services, processes, technical terms, and methods to refine IT service management.Ability to advise stakeholders and translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure designsAgility to stay updated on changing technology trends
