JOB SUMMARY
\nThe Clinic Operations Manager II coordinates all activities in physician offices, clinics or other areas that help patients to ensure high quality, patient-centered care and compliance with established policies, procedures and standards.
\nWORK MODEL
\n\n100% onsite working with providers and direct reports.\nMonday through Friday, Daytime hours\nThis is not an entry level manager position.\n\nManager II requires previous leadership experience over 5 direct reports or more.\n\n\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
\n\nManages daily activities in a physician office, clinic or other patient care facility to ensure efficient office operations.\nCoordinates staffing, coverage and procedures to ensure needs of the facility are met in a timely and effective manner.\nDevelops, reviews, revises, submits and implements policies, procedures, and priorities for practice that are aligned to the organization's targets.\nInterviews, selects, trains, supervises, evaluates, counsels and recommends termination of assigned employees.\nApproves and contributes to in-service education programs for assigned people.\nCoordinates accounts receivable management to ensure maximum reimbursement.\nCommunicates with various departments to coordinate services, resolve operational problems, and improve quality of patient care.\nProvides information to physicians, community groups and referral agencies about programs provided by practices.\nInvestigates, resolves and documents resolution of patient complaints.\n\nKEY SUCCESS FACTORS
\n\nDemonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated effectiveness in team development strategies.\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate and stabilize team and one-on-one workloads through effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills.\nAble to travel as required.\n\nBENEFITS

MQUALIFICATIONS
\n\nEDUCATION - Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification\nEXPERIENCE - 4 Years of Experience\n\nPreferably in a healthcare setting\nLeading a team of direct reports of 5 or more\nEPIC knowledge\n\n\n
