Job responsibility:
1. Design and lead HR planning align with company business strategy
2. Lead and continually improve HR policies and processes
3. Employee staffing and allocation management
4. C&B system design and implement to keep abreast with company development
5. Employee relationship management, including daily employee communication, crisis management, etc.
6. Lead and oversee HR system running consistent with company business
7. Employee training and development
8. Performance management
9. Advocate company culture and core value through effective HR management
10. Work out and manage annual budget of HR department
11. Liaison with headquarter and corporate HR for related HR programs
12. Manage administration work such as vehicle arrangement, employee meals, guards and cleaners, and provide foreign administrative support
13. Under the leadership of Plant Manager, co-work with the Safety and Health Committee to carry out EHS management and assist on related solutions
14. Ensure that the company employment and EHS matters in line with relevant laws and regulations, and quality management system, environmental management system and OH&S management system requirements
15. Comply with EHSS (environment, health, safety and sustainability) related government laws, regulations and company policy, fulfill safety duty of the position, and directly responsible for safety production of the position; to carry out the instructions and requirements on safety production of the company and department, fully responsible for the safety production management of the subordinate team.
Requirements:
1. 4-year university, Bachelor degree, MBA preferred
2. At least 10 years’ experience in HR management, with 3-year at the position of HRM in multinational company
3. Knowledge in organization development, recruitment, employee relations and C&B are required
4. Excellent counseling, negotiation, interpersonal communication skills
5. Detail oriented, logical and methodological approach to problem solving
6. Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people
7. Strong leadership and people influence
8. Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin required
9. Good command of MicroSoft Office.
