Position: Manager II, Product Management
Job Location: 860 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086
Duties: Leverage Walmart’s supply chain experience to ensure that item setups in Walmart’s catalog meet quality benchmarks across multiple markets. Leverage eCommerce experience to understand the consumer pain points of shopping on Walmart.com and solve issues from a catalog perspective for enriched product listings. Collaborate and onboard cross-functional stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, such as engineering, business, data science, UX design and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), to ensure an enhanced consumer experience and growth in catalog items. Define product roadmaps based on the identification of capability gaps and future business needs with the goal to increase the number of item setups, content quality, and revenue. Prioritize product roadmaps to lead the development of critical features and tools based on highest impact assessments and user feedback. Define short and long term product strategies and design scalable business solutions and platform enhancements that can serve the growth of multiple business streams. Use Agile methodologies and tools to navigate through the planning of feature development, tradeoff analysis, and conflict resolution across multiple business streams. Leverage tools, such as Microsoft (MS) Office, Confluence, and Jira, for cross communication across stakeholders. Make data driven decisions and measure the performance success to track business improvements and craft action plans to improve metrices. Breakdown projects into smaller deliverables features and drive executions through backlog grooming, EPICs, and story creation with acceptance criteria using JIRA. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field and 2 year of product management experience; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field and 5 years of product management experience.
Skills required: Experience defining Product Roadmaps using user research tools, including Miro, focus groups, usability testing, A/B testing, and concept testing. Experience executing tradeoff analysis using Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Kanban. Experience executing user segmentation and analysis. Experience tracking performance indicators using Google Analytics, Data Lakes, and QlikView. Experience tracking latency and response times and improvements using New Relic. Experience using REST APIs to enhance item setup via API integrations with suppliers and sellers. Experience conceptualizing UX design for solutioning tool enhancements using InVision and Adobe XD. Experience optimizing the utilization of cloud space using Microsoft Azure. Experience creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and aligning with stakeholders using one of the following: Confluence, Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, and Invision. Experience using JIRA for executions and sprint planning. Experience prioritizing projects using Kano Modelling, RICE methodology, and Product Board. Experience creating data presentations for success management using Tableau. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $122,779/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
