Location Description Located in the Cranberry Woods Business Park, the Pittsburgh Marriott North is Butler County’s premier full service hotel. Overview This program is designed to maximize the trainee’s experience in the hospitality industry, while putting him/her on track to a management career within Pyramid Hotel Group. As an Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience and in-depth exposure to hotel operations by working extensively in each department including Food and Beverage, Sales and Catering, Accounting, Housekeeping, Front Desk and Human Resources. This experience will assist in a comprehensive understanding of how hotels operate while developing supervisory and management skills. WHO CAN APPLY: Recent graduates - Bachelor's Degree: Hospitality/Tourism or Business – preferred Experience in hospitality or related professional areas BE WILLING TO: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service Desire to develop as a leader in the hospitality field.
