The Integrated Data Analytics Manager is responsible for the leading team(s) that develop Enterprise Data Assets and maintain the accessibility, sustainability, documentation, and accuracy of these assets for business users.
In collaboration with the director, works with stakeholders, including executive, product, data, and design teams, to enable data analytics and its supporting delivery infrastructure. Responsible for the development of site/service goals and collaboration with the other team members, to continually improve services and support the management team. Responsible for resource planning and development, fiscal performance/budget management and the attainment of specific organizational goals. Along with other managers, defines policies and procedures that support the development of high-quality data assets. Facilitates the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and adoption requirements across the enterprise. Regularly assesses asset usage and viability to reduce technical debt. As part of the Integrated Data Analytics (IDA) management team, participates in the overall business planning and development of organization, budgets, policies, and operating procedures.

3 years of relevant experience Supervisory, management or project leadershipExperience with SAS, R, and SQLCRT - Epic Clarity and/or Caboodle certificationPreferred
