Provide clinical, technical and subject matter expertise in all invasive imaging modalities to provide excellent patient care and safety. Assure all regulatory and accreditation standards are met and/or exceeded. Contribute to developing the annual budgets and achieving budgetary and financial goals. Assist with developing and upgrading technology and programs to meet the organizations and community needs. Supervise Interventional Radiology and other responsible modality employees in all job classifications to include hiring, coaching/counseling, professional and technical development. Maintain departmental productivity and provide on-going evaluation of staffing effectiveness and efficiencies. Collaborate with supervisor(s), peer(s) and physician(s) for implementing best practices, meeting quality indicators and developing and updating department policies and procedures. Maintain an employee orientation, education and training programs to measure competencies, cross train between imaging modalities and provide career growth. Provide direction and initiatives for meeting patient satisfaction goals. Meet regulatory and accreditation standards. Collaborate with patient care and support departments for inter-departmental teamwork and synergy. Assist with developing new programs, service lines and community needs. In conjunction with the Imaging Director assure 7 day a week/ 24 hour leadership support and accountability for the department's performance. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree. + 3 years of clinical experience. + 2 years of managerial or leadership experience. + Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - CA Department of Public Health **AND** Radiologic Technologist Fluoroscopy Permit - CA Department of Public Health -REQUIRED **OR** California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED + AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) -
