Make a Difference
The Manager of IT Solutions is responsible for managing people and processes needed to ensure optimal performance in implementing and supporting Community Health Network’s clinical applications, including, but not limited to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) – Epic CareConnect, and other core clinical applications. This position is responsible for but not limited to:

Ensuring the optimal performance of assigned IT Solutions teams including service, quality, regulatory compliance, and efficiency.  Able to mobilize staff resources, establish trusting relationships manage people effectively, and demonstrate emotional intelligence capabilities.  Collaborates with IT Leadership to develop internal staff and assign departmental resources to projects and activities based on prioritizing enterprise initiatives, departmental requirements, and individual needs. Develops, implements, and maintains IT Solutions operational process to meet ongoing network priorities.  

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should possess a comprehensive understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, and security requirements, particularly as they relate to the clinical environment. Applicants should communicate effectively bother verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization. 

Three (3) or more years of experience with Community Health Network’s IT Solutions team or five (5) or more years of health care and/or clinical application support experience is required.  Two (2) or more years of leadership/management experience is preferred.  Demonstrates strong listening skills and effective communication. Builds, motivates, and leads high-performing teams. Empathizes and relates well with colleagues and clients. Networks effectively to build professional connections. Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to interact with others.
