Manager - Java Development

Afternoon Shift

Job Location: Mumbai, Airoli / Malad or Pune or Gurgaon

DO:

Develop - Build software applications following Agile methodology and using Java & J2EE technologies
Design - Explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation
Analyze - Translate requirements/user stories into usable good quality code.
Innovate - Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to interface, design and new technologies

Display:

Software Development Experience
Web design and development including Java technologies
Design/Tech Leadership experience 
Hands-on experience on any relational database
Hands-on experience in Javascript, HTML & Database.
Good Team Player. Ability to effectively collaborate with geographically distributed team
Deep understanding of debugging, issue resolution and performance tuning
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Should be hands on in coding and development
