JOB SUMMARY

This role provides strategic leadership and project direction for initiatives to drive development of  knowledge capabilities, oversees knowledge management and training functions for operational alignment across multiple domains experiencing transformational change, and performs management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to, hiring and performance management decisions, coaching and development, engagement and recognition, demand and capacity, time management, organizational design, and staff productivity.  This role oversees business communications supporting adoption of process changes and develops and deploys subsequent performance management through metric driven survey's that inform and influence positive improvements to capabilities to optimize NPS scores. The role oversees the design, development and implementation of various consultative processes and procedures that enhance operational outcomes and effectiveness and is responsible for driving increased engagement and adoption of SOPs, job aids, scripts, and results (adherence, compliance, understanding) for operational business areas. This role oversees and directs other related projects and duties as assigned.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.  Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.Provide strategic leadership and project direction for initiatives to drive development of knowledge capabilities and oversees knowledge management and training functions for operational alignment across multiple domains experiencing transformational change.Oversees business communications supporting adoption of process changes and develops and deploys subsequent performance management through metric driven survey's that inform and influence positive improvements to capabilities to optimize NPS scores.Oversees the design, development and implementation of various consultative processes and procedures that enhance operational outcomes and effectiveness and is responsible for driving increased engagement and adoption of SOPs, job aids, scripts, and results (adherence, compliance, understanding) for operational business areas.Other duties as assigned or requested.


EDUCATION


Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Arts or related field

6 years of relevant experience with knowledge management in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree

5 years with Content Management and/or Knowledge Management3 years in a leadership or management role or managing/leading teams
