1. Assist in obtaining Forest Clearance for existing mine projects-

• Obtain Gram Panchayat FRA NoCs for forest proposal and private land acquisition • Complete demarcation, boundary pillars marks and tree enumeration for Processing for forest clearance • Obtain NOC for Archeological/ Historical/ Wildlife Corridor/ Elephant Corridor etc. from concerned authority • Finalize Land Schedule and obtain certification from the revenue Authorities 

2. Complete Land acquisition under CBA Act 1957/LA Act 2013-

• Prepare Application Under section 3& 4 Under CBA Act 1957 and send it to MoC • Consult with mining block owners for preparation and notification of Section 3 & 4 under CBA Act 1957 • Finalise Land Schedule and certification from the concerned revenue Authority 

3. Identify CA Land, survey and transfer of required CA land for new mining projects-

• Scan various districts for CA land, Identify CA land, complete DGPS survey maps and obtain reports from Govt for its transfer to Forest Department . • Conduct site Inspection for Suitability of Identified CA Land along with Forest Officials and Revenue Dept. Officials • Obtain CA Suitability Certificate from The DFO Office and NOC from the collector office • Prepare CA Scheme after obtaining FMIS Map 

4. Preparation of R&R Plan, approval of the same from the competent authority and successful implementation of it. -

• Complete Land acquisition process for R&R people • Complete R&R site demarcation and pillaring • Ensure timely payments to land owners 

5. Conduct Public Hearing for obtaining environment Clearance-

•  Monitor the completion of EIA/EMP/SES/CSR studies and decide the date/venue • Obtain NOC from CGWA with the help of Agency .

• Liaision with local leaders, Govt officials and complete Public Hearing 

6. Maintain project land records 

7. Prepare budgets for land acquisition

8. Ensure preparation of Maps for acquiring forest, government, and private land in Google earth,

9. Liasion with related stakeholders for acquiring the land -

ADC,SDM, Magistrate, Tehsildar, Patwari and other Revenue Dept. officials, • Villagers, gram sabha representative, Surpanch, Upsurpanch, B • DC, Janpad Punchayat Member and Other local influential peoples • Forest office Beatguard, Dy Rangers, Ranger, SDO/DFO • CCF and his officials • Local Police 

10. Draft letters/correspondence in Hindi and English for communicating with relevant stakeholders. 

11. Assist CSR team in planning CSR Activities in project proximity areas • Conduct Need Assessment survey of CSR activities for villages in and around Coal block and project affected villages,

Total Experience: 15-17 Years 

Essential Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream.
