Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the company's logistical operations in line with business objectives Lead and manage the logistics team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve departmental goals Ensure efficient coordination and communication with internal departments, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet operational requirements Oversee the transportation, distribution, and warehousing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all logistics operations Identify and evaluate potential logistics partners and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and service levels Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to continually improve logistics processes

 

Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree or MBA in a relevant discipline (preferred) Experience 13-18 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the Copper industry Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex logistics operations Proven experience in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
