This position serves as the manager of a clinical program and provides staff supervision and coordination for the care provided to patients and their families. This position is responsible for identifying 'best practices' for care. They may also network with community resources and consult with community health care providers.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or related field required. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Three (3) years clinical experience in chosen field.Preferred Qualifications:
Nursing experience in hospice/palliative care or home health. 3 years Prior Sub-Acute experience. 3 years A minimum of three (3) years staff supervision experience.Why Join Providence?
