Manager - Loyalty
P&L Ownership: Manage the profit and loss for the loyalty program, ensuring financial targets are met. Growth Interventions: Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of loyal users on the platform. Partnership Management: Identify, establish, and manage partnerships that are crucial for the growth interventions. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align on business objectives and drive growth. Product Roadmaps: Create and manage product roadmaps to support the growth of the loyalty program. Customer Trends: Analyze and leverage customer trends in earning and redeeming reward points to enhance the loyalty program. Program Restructuring: Modify and restructure programs to increase customer repeat rates and enhance the value of the loyalty programs. Proven experience in managing P&L and driving business growth. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in creating and managing partnerships. Ability to develop and execute product roadmaps. Basic project management skills are a plus. Experience in loyalty programs or customer engagement strategies. Familiarity with analytics and data-driven decision-making.
