Make a Difference

The Manager of Referral Relations at Lutherwood Residential will supervise and be responsible for all MSA operated programs and be responsible for area operation metrics that include referral volume, ADC, referral responsiveness, and ICPR authorization performance. This individual works hand-in-hand with leadership to achieve quality outcomes for our patients. The Manager of Referral Relations will also oversee the Referral Coordinator who is responsible for all admission to the facility. 

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

3+ years: Knowledgeable about major systems that serve youth and families, including child welfare, juvenile justice and education (Required). 5+ years: Two years experience in marketing, public relations, assessments, interviewing and/or counseling people, preferably in a residential treatment facility (Required). 4 year / Bachelor's degree in behavioral health field (Required). Master's degree in a behavioral health field (Preferred). Current Indiana driver's license
