General Function:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Director, Marketing in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, concepts, and collateral to drive For Eyes brand growth in all markets. This role works in close collaboration with key internal business stakeholders to enhance the brand image internally and externally. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Owns the implementation of all in-store marketing strategies to meet business objectives. Including campaigns, promotional communication, evergreen messages, special events, unique banner/segment strategies and more. Create and manage marketing calendar, job tracker, and product launches in line with channel and brand strategy to meet business initiatives. Strategic partner to several COEs including VM, Communications, and Operations teams to ensure all in-store marketing elements are delivered on time and to brand standards. Liaison to product teams to support campaign initiatives, calendar planning, understand global launches, media investment and align calendar. Work with Content team to get Campaign assets and Digital Windows content Strategic partner to support Visual Merchandising (VM) Strategy and align with VM COE. This includes in-store execution documents to ensure effective communication is delivered to the field and ensuring VM accuracy. Support VM with alignment and define scope for Store Excellence with respect to VM and Marketing strategy. Develop and implement local marketing campaigns that increase store traffic and drive eye exams. Work with regional managers to identify opportunities for stores in different regions to maximize local engagement. Support holiday promotions by assisting with local activities tailored to specific markets, ensuring these initiatives are effective at the regional level. Establish community connections through targeted local marketing strategies that improve brand visibility, store traffic and eye exams. Manage the marketing ordering platform and handle store requests submitted Oversee the request, including the approval process for store requests and the timely communication of marketing materials to stores. Partner with the Eye Care team to support the OD Content Hub, briefing new assets to support the doctors and ensuring materials are aligned with brand goals. Work in partnership with the offers team to align the offer calendar and disclaimers.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Marketing-related field required 5+ years marketing or brand or license management experience Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external groups  Ability to influence others and provide guidance to team members Strong problem solving, analytical skills and understanding of analysis methods Ability to convert analysis into insights, sustainable strategies, and actionable plans Ability to think strategically and creatively Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills and attention to detail Proven project management and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the eyewear industry or management of License brands Experience in retail marketing, particularly with in-store and local marketing initiatives.

​Pay Range: 105,281.60  - 159,390.00 

 

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
